Elliot J. Rishty leads all aspects of Vanke’s US business, overseeing management of Vanke’s operations and investment program throughout the United States and leading efforts to develop and implement a strategic vision for Vanke’s expansion in the US market.   Mr. Rishty brings a unique perspective and broad range of experience to the Company, having served in various leadership roles since first joining Vanke in 2016, initially as US General Counsel and, subsequently, as its US Chief Operating Officer.  Prior to joining Vanke in 2016, Elliot served as Real Estate Counsel for the Hearst Corporation, where he was responsible for all legal matters relating to the corporation’s real estate portfolio and operational needs.  Previously, he was an Associate in the Real Estate Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher.  Elliot obtained his J.D. from Harvard Law School and his B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University.  He enjoys playing basketball, baseball, tennis and golf, and follows the New York Mets, various musicians and stand-up comedians.
