Senior Vice President, Project Management

Scott joined Vanke in 2015, where his responsibilities include liaising with developers and architects and coordinating projects for on-time and effective construction.

Prior to joining Vanke, Scott was the Project Architect/Manager at HOK (formerly BBG-BBGM) where he led projects such as the renovation of the New York Palace Hotel and the development of the Atlantis Hotel on Hainan Island in China.

Previously, Scott was Principal at Scott Wells Architect and held various architectural and project design positions in New York City.

Scott holds an M.Arch. from Columbia University and a B.S. in Architecture from The Ohio State University.
