Emmanuel joined Vanke US in November 2022. He comes with real estate accounting experience in commercial residential and non-for-profit businesses since 2015.

Prior to joining Vanke US, Emmanuel was an Associate Director of Accounting at Uncommon Schools.

He was responsible for maintaining their Financials and Accounting of the school buildings owned by the Charter Management Organization.

Emmanuel is a NY native from Queens and Long Island. He obtained his M.B.A in Corporate Finance from Dowling College in 2012.
